Burning Firmware to CD:
Extract the bank30.rom file from the zip file, and then burn the extracted file to a disc in ISO9660 format, Disk-At-Once and close (finalize) the disc.
It's only small, so burn no faster than say 4-8x.

Loading the Firmware into the NEO pdx77 player.

1. Eject the disc tray (take out any other disc that might be there)
2. Put the disc (with the firmware on it) on the tray, but don't push it in
3. Turn off the player for 10 seconds
4. Turn the player on, it will suck the disc in (if not, press open/close to suck it in)
5. It will - read the disc, erase the old firmware, write the new firmware
6. Player will then put itself into standby.
7. Power the player back.
9. IMMEDIATELY start pressing the eject (open / close) button to get the disc out fast, before it starts erasing and writing again.
10. (If your not quick enough, and it starts again, let steps 5 onwards complete again. - DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TURN OFF THE PLAYER WHILE IT IS ERASING OR WRITING THE FIRMWARE)

IMPORTANT TO READ!

There are at many versions of NEO PDX77. You can't use firmware form one to another!!!

NEO PDX77 version with serial number that begins with: 2xxxxx..... 04xxxxxx... 05xxxxx and 08xxxxxx made in 2004 are based on ES6688FA chip and ES6688FAD chip.The version with ES6688FAD chip has support for DTS sound.

NEO PDX77 version with serial number that begins with: 9xxxxx is based on "mtk"

Here you can see the diference between NEO PDX77 with serial number that begins with 02xxxxxxx and versions with 04xxxxxxxx. The whole transport mechanism + laser is different on 02xxxxx and 04xxxxxx models so they have different firmware and you can not use firmware from one to another!!!

Mozete ocistiti titlove od nasih karaktera sa ovim programom "convertor" (made_by_BrutalEntertainment) pa onda narezite sve titlove koje imate na jednom CD-u i kada hocete da gledate film prvo ubacite CD sa obradjenim titlovima i ucitajte zeljeni titl, stisnite "angle" na daljinskom i sacekajte 5 sekundi pa posle ubacite CD sa filmom i uzivajte.

You can clean serbian DivX subtitle from serbian letters with this convertor (made_by_BrutalEntertainment) and you can burn them all on one CD.When you want to watch a movie insert first CD where the converted subtitle is, select it by pressing "angle" and wait 5 sec. Now insert CD with movie and enjoy.

Obavezno proverite serijski broj, model i unutrasnjost uredjaja jer u protivnom unisticete plejer, ovde imate firmwares koji rade jedino sa STARIJIM MODELIMA PDX77 PROIZVEDENI 2004 god. Nema sta da se proba, mnogi su probali i... sigurno ne moze da se koristi firmware od jednog modela na drugi ako nije napravljen za to.

Firmwares sa ovog sajta su original koji dobijate kada kupite plejer, nemaju nikakvih modifikacija ni poboljsanja!!!
